The following domain names are for sale. I’ve had most of them for many years, which is a good thing, age of a domain name is valued quite highly by the search engines.
These are all pretty much surplus to my needs these days, I guess I had bold exciting plans for them all at some stage but never got around to making them happen. Life often gets in the way while you’re making other plans. Pretty sure some famous Beatle said that.
The reason I’m offering them here for sale is two fold, I am not going to use them so it’s time to let a new owner take care of them and maybe bring these pretty awesome domains to their full potential.
The other part of it is if you consider yourself in business then you really need to have your own website(s) and blogs. The first step to doing that is to buy a domain name.
How professional does it look to be using an email address like firstname.lastname@example.org No one is going to believe the owner of an email like that is a serious business person. OK, that example is probably a little extreme but I’m sure you get the idea. Its much better to have your own domain email like JohnSmith@MyBigBusiness.com I just typed that but I’m willing to bet someone registered that already.
That brings me to another point; all the good domain names are already gone. Its true, heck it was true back in 1998. Even then domain traders had bots automatically searching domain registries and grabbing every name they could.
DotCom is still king of the domains and is always the most valuable. Can you imagine Facebook as facebook.co.uk Nah, me neither.
After you purchase a domain name you then need a hosting company.
I use Hostgator and have done for many years. Like all hosting companies they are sometimes annoying but overall their service is pretty darned good. If you are new to all this they will be very pleased to assist you.
After you get your hosting company you need a blog.
What your reading right now was written using WordPress which is the worlds most popular blogging software. Guess what? Its 100% free and Hostgator has it on their servers so you can be up and running in minutes.
Once you have your blog up and running you’re set, you can use it to promote your business, generate leads and even sell stuff.
So lets get back to the first step, buying a domain.
Here they are
